Aldh1 under strong Promoter and strong RBS
Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 ( Aldh1 ) catalyses the oxidation of 5-(hydroxyméthyl)furfural ( HMF ) into 2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid ( FDCA ).[1] The regluation of this coding sequence by strong Promoter and RBS allows the transcription and translation at high level for E. coli.
